As we grow up and tend to realise all that we missed and messed up with once, and how it affects us, our childhood comes back to us, it brings back the memories and reflects upon our present selves.
With the passage of time and the onset of a revolution over the past few decades, almost everything in this mortal world has come to see a vital change, in both a positive and negative sense, for in the race to reach a better future and embrace everything new we overlooked what we once attained through physical activities and sports, as games and virtual reality entraps the new generation, we fall upon the children being healthy and physiologically strong.
Human development is a lifelong process of physical, behavioral, cognitive, and emotional growth and change. In the early stages of life—from babyhood to childhood, childhood to adolescence, and adolescence to adulthood—enormous changes take place. As all of this happens it is important to realise that a child needs to meet a certain nutrient requirement for proper growth both physically and mentally.Promoting child development through parental training, among other factors, promotes excellent rates of child development. Parents play a large role in a child’s life, socialization, and development.
Though despite what one can humanly do, it is supposedly impossible for anyone to attain all the proper nutrients a child needs for proper growth and development, and since growth is no abrbitrary term, children often miss out on something or the other, often leading up to one or the other problem as a result of the incomplete growth pattern.
As we come to terms with physical growth, we must not forget the importance of physiological growth in a child, especially once the kid undergoes anxiety issues with school examinations and schedule, a decline in the psychological health in turns also harms the physical health of the child.
Between the chaos a child may uncover, it is easy that he/she might very well miss upon all sorts of basic necessities. Children also have the urge to avoid healthier food over burgers, fries and other harmful food items. And though he/ she may not realise it themselves, it is mostly upto the parents to be wary of a child’s habits, whether it be their food habits or something else.Sadly no matter what the parent tries, there is absolutely no way one can monitor proper health conditions. As superficial as this may seem all of this often turns out with drastic turns and effects.
Excluding all the directing influences, as children grow peer pressure from friends often lead children to be attracted towards smoking and drinking at a rather tender age, which is perhaps the worst thing that could happen to a child.
And though there is not a huge interconnection a child with health conditions is often more vulnerable to critical diseases and adversities.
Nevertheless healthier choices and proper growth is without any further discourse is the most primal way to approach any such conditions and vulebrabilites.
“A healthier mind breeds healthier choices, which in turn leads to delightful endeavours.”
